Christmas Sessions

It's the most wonderful time of the year! It's also the busiest for a photographer so don't wait to book your Christmas photoshoot.  Paula truly has a gift to get the best smiles from every member of your family (even the dog).   We have several options available to get your annual family Christmas pictures. 

Available Christmas sessions

Christmas mini session ~ $200

  • Up to 15 minute session

  • includes 8 digital images

  • Specified dates only

  • A portion of the proceeds are donated to the museum

  • You must reserve a time in advance

This year our Christmas mini sessions are at Hicks-Stearns Family Museum in Tolland, CT.  They will be on Oct. 29th,30th and Nov. 5th. from 10 - 3 There will be 3 different scenes.  We will have a train station scene with a polar express feel, Mrs. Claus's kitchen with a little powdered rice flour to go around, and finally Mr. & Mrs. Claus's living room.

Santa session ~ $175

  • Up to 10 minute session

  • includes 5 digital images

  • 1 day only

  • You must reserve a time in advance

In this session, get your family photos taken with Santa himself!  Santa will be at our studio in Vernon, CT on Nov. 12th from 10-2

Half session ~ $175

  • Up to a half hour session

  • includes 10 digital images

  • in studio only

  Our Christmas themed half sessions will be available from Nov 1st through the end of the year. These will be in studio half hour sessions.  There will be a few Holiday themed scenes and a non seasonal option available.

The Process

1. The consultation

The consultation can be as simple as  a quick phone call or as in depth as a visit to the studio to detail every aspect of what you are looking for.  It's all up to you.

2. Book your session

Once  you decide  which Christmas session you want and when you want it, just send a message to Paula to schedule it, pay a $50 deposit (which goes toward the total cost of your session) and you're ready to go.

3. Strike a pose

Time for your session.  Don't forget to bring all of your outfit changes and any props you wanted to include.  Relax,  and just be yourself.

4. Pick your favorites

Within 48  hours of your session you will receive your proofs.  These are  all unedited images from your session.  Each session includes some images.  If you want more than what's included,  the price for additional images will be included in the email with your proofs.

5. Download and Share

Once you have picked all of your favorites, please allow up to 2 weeks for all of the final edits to be done.  Your finished images will be sent to you via

email to a password protected online web album for you to download.  There are  a variety of physical products available you can purchase right

rom your online web album.  If you only want the digitals, you're done!
