Pet Portraits

A pet is a special kind of family member.  With the joy of a new pet it's easy to forget they won't stay small forever.  Baby pet pictures are just the most adorable thing.  Even after they've grown up, Having a pet session will ensure your pet can stay in your heart forever.

Here at Luz Photography, We love to do pet portrait photography sessions.  We have several pets at our home and know how much your pet means to your family.  We don't discriminate by species, We will photograph any pet you can fit through the door.  Even if you have one too big for our studio, We can go to you.

Where we do our sessions

Our studio is located at

26 Union Street

Suite 1

Vernon, CT 06066

If you would like them done at your home, out at a park, or at a stable, we can go pretty much anywhere.  There is a travel fee of $1 per 1 way mile for anywhere more than 20 miles from the studio. For example, a place 30 miles away would just be a $10 fee.

The Process

1. The Consultation

The consultation can be as simple as  a quick phone call or as in depth as a visit to the studio to detail every aspect of what you are looking for.  It's all up to you.

2. Book Your Session

Once  you decide  which pet portrait session you want and when you want it, just pay a $50 deposit (which goes toward the total cost of your session) and you're ready to go.

3. Strike a Pose

Time for your session.  Don't forget to bring any outfits and any props you wanted to include.  Don't forget the treats!

4. Pick Your Favorites

Within 48  hours of your session you will receive your proofs.  These are  all unedited images from your session.  Each session includes some images.  If you want more than what's included,  the price for additional images will be included in the email with your proofs.

5. Download and Share

Once you have picked all of your favorites, please allow up to 2 weeks for all of the final edits to be done.  Your finished images will be sent to you via

email to a password protected online web album for you to download.  There are  a variety of physical products available you can purchase right

from your online web album.  If you only want the digitals, you're done!
